Ok, so the June long weekend has been and gone and we almost feel that we need another one just to recover. Not only has it been extremely busy at the caravan park, our guests have experienced a weekend full of festivity throughout the Riverland as a whole.
There was the ever popular S.A. Country Music Festival which attracted guests from all over Australia & New Zealand. This year the festival clocked up 35 years running.
Our guests also frequented the Moorook Music Festival. This is three days of live non-stop music variety. From all accounts it went off extremely well and is getting bigger and better every year. The Weekend Warriors who run this annual event advised that everyone had a fantastic time and the crowds were superb. You can view a short video via youtube to give you an idea of what you what have been missing if you did not attend.

For the rough, fast and tumble enthusiasts, the Riverland 2dayer Dirt Kart Rally was the event to attend. Yes, I have to admit that there was a bit of mud to deal with, but hey – that makes it a bit more fun doesn’t it?
As you can see there are always things to do in the Riverland, no matter what season.
We hope to see you soon.
